Return Policy

We hope you love your Cobble Sussex piece, but if something is not right, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with any original packaging or tags included.

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return details.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your order, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Each bag is handmade, so small variations in shape, tension and finish are normal and are not considered faults.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the return period.
